When She Leads Conference - WEST COAST

When She Leads Conference 2025 is created for every woman who leads and serves—in ministry, in the workplace, at home, and beyond. This year’s theme, “The Time Is Now,” calls women to step forward with boldness and faith. Inspired by Psalm 34:4—“I sought the Lord, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears”—we’ll gather to seek God together, be equipped for the next step in our calling, and hear from our executive team and other influential voices who are passionate about empowering women in leadership.

This year’s conference include times of worship and prayer, main sessions, breakouts, round tables, team debriefs, spirit-led prayer, panels and more!

We are encouraging ministry leaders to bring their teams, using this time as a team retreat!
